DELETE YOUR ASTRIVA ACCOUNT

This page is for users of Astriva on Google Play, which is provided by Syntonix Limited (shown on Google Play as Syntonix Ltd). You can use it to request deletion of your Astriva account and the personal information associated with it, whether or not you still have the App installed.

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

1.1 In the App

Open the App and go to Mine → Setting → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted directly from the App.

1.2 By Email (No App Needed)

Send an email to cs@astriva.co with the subject line "Delete my Astriva account". Send it from the email address registered to your account, or include your user ID, so that we can locate the account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we process it. We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days of receiving it.

2. BEFORE YOU DELETE

  • Deleting your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of unused balances, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please use or review any remaining balances and active Chat Sessions before you delete your account.
  • Deletion cannot be undone. Once processed, your account, balances and chat history cannot be restored.

3. WHAT WE DELETE

  • Account and profile information is deleted or de-identified within 90 days after your account is deleted.
  • Chat records with human Advisors and with AI Seers are deleted or de-identified with your account.

4. WHAT WE KEEP, AND FOR HOW LONG

Some records are kept after deletion where we are required or permitted to retain them:

  • transaction, recharge, refund, dispute, and accounting records — up to 7 years, for tax, audit, financial reporting, chargeback handling, and compliance purposes;
  • support, complaint, and moderation records — up to 2 years after the matter is closed, or longer where needed to enforce our policies or to establish or defend legal claims;
  • records connected to an open dispute, investigation, or safety matter — until that matter is resolved;
  • content processed by our AI service providers — typically no more than 30 days, for abuse monitoring and service integrity;
  • technical logs and diagnostics information — typically 90 days to 12 months; aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be retained longer.

Residual copies may remain in routine backups for a short period before being overwritten. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy at https://astriva.co/android/privacy sets out these retention periods in full.
